I am an executive and leadership coach who empowers leaders to build confidence, break through plateaus, and attain sustainable success. Drawing on more than 20 years of corporate and leadership experience, I help executives overcome professional roadblocks, redefine their strengths, and unlock their full potential.
My coaching style is shaped by my own transformative journey as a coachee. Early in my career, I faced the challenges of leading at the highest levels, discovering that talent and hard work alone weren’t enough to drive meaningful results. Through coaching, I learned to harness my natural strengths in ways that propelled my leadership forward. Today, I work with clients to do the same, helping them shift their mindsets and reach the next level in their careers.
I have held senior leadership roles across marketing, public relations, and communications organizations within the B2B, consumer, and technology sectors. I have built and mentored high-performing teams, guided organizations through strategic transformations, and served as an advisor to client executives.
As president of Idea Grove, a PR and marketing consultancy, I led initiatives that drove above-industry employee retention, a 4.8/5 Glassdoor rating, and consecutive Inc. Best Workplaces wins. I implemented operational frameworks, spearheaded professional development programs, and fostered a culture of high performance through leadership development and mentorship.
Previously, I led PR efforts at Levenson, a full-service advertising and marketing agency, where I managed publicity for high-profile brands in hospitality, wine and spirits, and entertainment. I also served as a client advisor at Jackson Spalding, directing agency-side external communications strategies for AT&T’s technology, innovation and growth division. Additionally, I designed and executed national campaigns at Warner Bros. Pictures, including for the Harry Potter franchise.
I earned degrees in Human and Organizational Development and Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University.
I am also an International Coaching Federation-certified coach (ACC).
